    During my recent business trip, I had the privilege of staying at ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata, which was chosen by my director. The experience was overall really good. The hotel offers personalised therapies that genuinely relax and rejuvenate; I indulged in a spa treatment that transported me to a fragrant paradise, much needed after a day of meetings. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with an really good selection from seven diverse food and beverage destinations. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the Italian restaurant, where every meal felt like a celebration of flavors.

    The room was well furnished and new-fashioned, the hotel was fairly clean. The staff was consistently courteous and exceptionally nice and around most of the time. And they resolved problem right away.

    The food at the Grand Market Pavilion was great, especially Asish. Service at times was slow, and they struggled with basic amenities for a luxury hotel. It had its ups and downs but was enjoyable.

    Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the room. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The spa services were a perfect way to unwind, and the pool was a great spot to relax in. Just wish the room had been a bit cleaner upon arrival, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

    The caring and friendly staff made a significant impact, especially Pritha at check-in who offered complimentary beverages while resolving an issue. Enjoying cocktails and snacks during happy hour in the Residents Lounge, along with a lovely city view from our spacious room, enhanced our experience. The check-in wait was lengthy, and the room's cleanliness upon switching due to maintenance issues was disappointing.

    It was just a nice choice for a trip in Kolkata with great value for money. The breakfast setup had a confusing layout but plenty of choices, made me appreciate the variety. Make sure to ask for a non-smoking room when checking in.
